P.U.M.A. Cross Training

Introduction

Welcome to the P.U.M.A.  Cross Training syllabus.

As a multi style organisation P.U.M.A. has always realized the benefits of cross training.

The cross training syllabus is initially only open to first Dans and above, and there are ten levels to be worked through.

Disciplines included are to be Weapons, Grappling, Kick Boxing, F.A.S.T. Defence, Eastern Health Disciplines, (eg yoga) Qi gong, Reaction control training.

Gradings are held through out the year.

There are lots of opportunities to brush up on your skills at all of the P.U.M.A. camps.
