Two years on and im back!
Slowly getting back to my fitness after a car crash and operations which has given me time to finish my re-write i started back in 03/05/2009. Part of the re-write I have moved my hosting to be with Strobe IT (www.strobe-it.co.uk) and made a YONG DO TKD site to host my handbook.
So I'm now back to spread more knowledge of this wonderful art and life style.

Two years on and the re-write is complete with thanks to Strobe IT.

Now I have my new site name and location I have done a quick re-design to my web site using DIV's instead of multiple tables which allows for future styling without re-writing the complete handbook everytime.
